Fattna is our wonderful, cheerful chef that will spoil you with a variety of Moroccan dishes throughout your stay. Her biggest joy is seeing people finish their plates. In her opinion you need to have a good appetite.
Rizlane is our youngest employee and you might hear her singing to herself whilst doing the house work and cleaning the rooms. She will be happy to assist if anything is missing in your room.
Faysal and Bahija take over the service for the guests in the evening and early morning hours. If you fancy an evening out do not be concerned about coming home a little late. Faysal, our security guard, will be there to open the door with a smile or evrn walk you to and from the riad if you prefer. After a good nights sleep you will meet Bahija who looks after the early risers and serves up a wonderful breakfast.
Naima is the "mother" of the house. She gives you a warm welcome and you will instantly feel at ease in her presense. She makes sure that the guests but also the staff are happy. This is a quality that creates the wonderful athmosphere at Dar Fakir.
Kerstin is the director of Dar Fakir and deals with guest reservations and the business side of the riad. She will be happy to advise on things to do during your stay in Marrakech and can also give insights from a Westerners perspective.
In addition we work together with a strong, professional team of people in the background which includes drivers, porters, electricians, craftsmen etc that make Dar Fakir the wonderful holiday experience you will come to discover and enjoy.
Amongst our staff we speak 5 languages - English, German, Swedish, French and Arabic
